Real Estate, “It’s Real”

Upon meeting the talented Mr. Dan Kolitz last summer, he and his friend said “We just saw Real Estate in Astoria,” and I was all, “Oh cool, are you guys looking for a two bedroom?” Then I slipped on a banana peel and my hat flew off and GONG NOISE and a cuckoo bird burst out of a grandfather clock and all my teeth turned into crooked piano keys. I’m very cool.

But what a nice song, and a nice album. Very pleasant stuff. Enjoy!
